Voiceover Refund Policy

✓ The refund request is only valid within 15 days after the output is delivered to the client.

✓ A client may return the order with a quality issue, but will be subjected to additional fees: 30% for proofreading and 50% for rework (calculated based on the total cost).

✓ The returned order with a quality issue will be subjected to a round of proofreading.

✓ Files with Grade A (Excellent) and B (Good) are the ones only entitled for a refund.

✓ There will be a charge for any rework to be done with the returned order. 30% of the total cost will be charged for small changes and 50% charge for major changes such as voice modulation, editing, or complete rework.

✓ If the returned order is raised with a quality issue, we will perform a check first before processing the refund.

✓ If we find that the quality is not up to our standards, we will proceed with the request for refund.

✓ Clients may not ask for refund if they place rush orders or if they have approved the voices before they are used on the order.

✓ The turnaround time starts only upon the completion of the payment, and not from the time of file upload.

✓ A customer is eligible for only one offer per order.
